The Evergreen Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center team is comprised of medical doctors, chiropractic physicians, physical therapists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists. The multidiscipline approach that we offer provides numerous treatment options to most effectively care for our patients' injuries.
The physicians at the Evergreen Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center are on staff at several local hospitals. Advanced diagnostic testing including X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound and EMG/NCV is also available through the Evergreen Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center.
